Many of whom who have poured their heart and soul into building their business, and are now facing an uncertain road back to trading.

Terms and Conditions
This agreement contains the full understanding between The Photographer Sara Lincoln of Lincoln Pictures and the participants of the ‘Through The Window’ project, who will be referred to as the Customer here on in.
OBJECT
Under the terms of this contract, the Customer accepts The Photographer Sara Lincoln of Lincoln Pictures to produce photographs for her project called "Through the window".
Sara Lincoln offers to come to the Customer's window to photograph them and their household, free of charge, including:
- At least 5 high resolution photos
- An online gallery for 6 months
- The possibility to order prints
- The possibility to book a session with her after the lockdown with a -20% discount.
CONDUCT OF THE BENEFIT
The service will be performed on a date chosen by both Sara Lincoln and the Customer at the Customers' address.
PRICE
The project will be done free of charge.
The Customer will be able to order prints and to book a future session. All profits from the print store will be donated to The Trussell Trust charity.
DELIVERY OF PHOTOS
The photos will be delivered in maximum 60 days following the realisation of the service on a private online gallery.
Upon receipt of the digital media, either physically or via online service, the Customer accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs. Sara Lincoln is not obliged to archive image files. Sara Lincoln is not responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided or for any future changes in digital technology or media readers that might result in an inability to read digital media provided. It is the Customer’s responsibility to make sure digital files are copied to new media as required.
The Customer acknowledges that he is familiar with Sara Lincoln’s portfolio.
COPYRIGHT, LICENCE & DISPLAY
The UK Designs and Patents Act 1988 states that the copyright and intellectual property remains with the photographer. The Customer hereby grant Sara Lincoln the consent to use the photographs from the project "Through The Window" for her portfolio, share them with the press or any website in order to promote and share her project.
The Customer will be able to state if they would prefer certain images not to be included in any of the a fore mentioned purposes when they receive the photos. Sara Lincoln and legal representatives, heirs and assigns retains the copyright. Sara Lincoln will not use the images for any other commercial reason, including sale of the images, without the prior consent of the Customer.
Sara Lincoln grants the Customer a licence to use the images in a personal manner, which includes printing and online use. For the latter option, Sara Lincoln should be credited appropriately, where possible. Sale and Commercial use of the images by the Customer is not allowed without prior written permission from Sara Lincoln.
The Customer understands that the work that Sara Lincoln produces is the finished article and these images should not be manipulated or tampered with in any way whatsoever; for example, re-editing or unnecessary cropping.
CONDITIONS
- Customer (s) declare (s) to be of age and to ask freely and voluntarily;
- Sara Lincoln undertakes to treat the photographs in the rules of the art, with all her know-how and to make all the necessary corrections;
- The files of the photographs made during the service will be kept by Sara Lincoln who owns and owns the copyright in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Intellectual Property.
- The Customer owns his image and the Photographer agrees to respect this right. Consequently, the Photographer Sara Lincoln will consult the Customer in case of need to sell the photos.
DURATION
This contract is valid for a limited period of 15 years, without territorial limit. It will take effect the day of the signature.
INSURANCE
The Photographer Sara Lincoln has her own insurance. Her equipment is also insured. The Customer is not responsible in any way if something were to happen to the Photographer or her equipment.
